Outlast Marketing retains ownership of all RAW footage and project files.
Clients receive usage rights to the final delivered content for marketing and business purposes.

We may display completed work in our portfolio, social media, or advertising unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

3. Scheduling

Project timelines may change due to weather, availability, travel, or other conditions. We will communicate any schedule adjustments as needed.

4. Liability

Outlast Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including weather, equipment failure, or unsafe jobsite conditions.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

5. Privacy

Any information shared with us is used solely to provide services.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

6. Website Use
